Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is hiring a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) in Oakland, CA. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals and key influencers, executing territory plans to drive sales.

You will deliver clinical, product-focused presentations, analyze local market trends, and collaborate with brand and sales teams to optimize customer experience. A BS/BA in Life Sciences is preferred; a company car/allowance may apply.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or internship experience.
• Identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Proficient with digital engagement and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory with an integrated business plan.
• Identify key influencers and manage top target customers.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Understand health care delivery system and physician hierarchy.
• Analyze local market trends to inform the product plan.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to improve customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI/digital tools to personalize provider interactions and improve outcomes.
• Adapt to emerging technologies to enhance productivity.
