Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative in Jersey City, NJ. You will build relationships with healthcare providers and key decision makers to drive territory sales, deliver product presentations, and execute a comprehensive business plan to maximize market share.

You will leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions, while collaborating with the sales team and brand partners to meet targets and ensure compliant operations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related internship.
• Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing behavior.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Willingness to adopt AI and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand specific presentations of products to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Develop a complete understanding of the health care delivery system within each assigned customer.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understanding of local and regional market trends.
• Analyze local trends, identifying long and short-term goals to craft a strong product business plan.
• Collaborate with peers in the sales organization, brand team and support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within their assigned geographic area.
• Participation in training and development programs.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital engagement tools to personalize healthcare provider interactions.
• Adapt to emerging technologies, including AI/automation tools, to enhance productivity, customer engagement, and business outcomes.
• Maintain adherence and compliance with all corporate policies and procedures.
