ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative in San Francisco, CA. No pharma experience required; you will learn a proven sales model and call on healthcare providers.

This full-time role includes comprehensive training, mentorship, and a path to growth as part of a national product launch. Expect to travel within your territory and develop strong relationships with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics, sales experience helpful.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
