Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for the Nashville region. This entry-level, full-time role offers training, mentorship, and a real path into pharmaceutical sales, calling on healthcare providers and building relationships.

You don’t need prior pharma experience—drive, coachability, and a strong work ethic are valued as you learn a proven sales process and aim to exceed territory goals across a major U.S. product launch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics assumed helpful.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
