ImpactBio in Richmond, VA is hiring for a Territory Sales Representative—Entry Level. This full-time role offers a training-driven path into pharmaceutical sales, with mentorship and a proven sales model to build a long-term career. You’ll support Alembic Therapeutics’ U.S.

launch, calling on healthcare providers and developing territory plans. Requires a bachelor’s degree and a motivation to learn; travel within the territory and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (sales experience helpful: B2B, pharma, outside sales, customer facing).
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
