Job summary

ImpactBio is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative for the Nashville area to support a major U.S. product launch. No pharma sales experience required—trainings, coaching, and mentorship will help you succeed while you gain real-world experience selling to healthcare providers.

You will promote Pivya® to physicians and staff, follow a structured sales plan, and build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales with growth opportunities within ImpactBio and Alembic Therapeutics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics (some sales experience would be helpful, B2B sales, Pharma sales, outside sales, customer facing).
• A strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and demonstrated a track record of going above and beyond to succeed.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly; high motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
