Job summary

ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring a Territory Sales Representative in Syracuse, NY. No pharma experience is required; we seek motivated, coachable individuals ready to learn a proven sales model and launch into healthcare sales.

You will promote Pivya to providers, follow a structured process, build relationships with physicians and office staff, and develop territory plans while receiving training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics in sales is preferred.
• Strong desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Coachability, resilience, and accountability are essential.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
