ImpactBio, in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics, is hiring an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative for the Washington D.C. territory.

This full-time role offers training, mentorship, and a clear path into pharmaceutical sales, calling on healthcare providers and building a strong foundation in a high-growth product launch. You don’t need prior pharma sales experience—just drive, coachability, and the willingness to learn a proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics; sales experience helpful.
• Strong drive, coachability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
