ImpactBio in Atlanta, GA is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to support a national product launch for Pivya® with Alembic Therapeutics. This entry-level, full-time role provides training, tools, and mentorship to build a career in pharmaceutical sales.

We seek 1–3 years of goal-driven experience, a bachelor’s degree, coachability, and willingness to travel within the territory. A valid driver’s license is required. Competitive base salary with incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 1–3 years experience meeting or exceeding goals; sales experience helpful (B2B, pharma, outside, customer facing).
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory and a valid driver’s license.
• Coachability, motivation, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently following a defined sales plan.
• Pharma experience not required; drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Consistently apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations.
