Job summary

ImpactBio in Atlanta is recruiting an Entry Level Territory Sales Representative to promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within a defined territory. You will receive structured training and mentorship to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales, with the potential to advance to Alembic Therapeutics based on performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of goal-driven experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience meeting or exceeding goals/metrics.
• Desire to break into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
• Proven work ethic and track record of going above and beyond.
• Coachability—takes direction well and applies feedback quickly.
• High motivation, resilience, and accountability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while following a structured sales plan.
• Willingness to travel extensively within territory.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory.
• Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy.
• Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff.
• Apply training and coaching in the field.
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve sales goals.
• Provide timely updates and field feedback to leadership.
• Maintain full compliance with all regulations.
