Job summary

Waters is seeking a field-based sales professional to lead Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Personal Care territory accounts across multiple states. You will drive revenue, manage programs with distributors, and oversee capital equipment sales within assigned budgets.

The role requires a hunter mentality, strong analytics, and collaboration with marketing and service teams to ensure successful installations and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of documented sales success in laboratory products.
• Experience in Manufacturing Sales Space (pharma/medical device/food testing) preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Pharmaceutical, Biotech and Personal Care accounts to drive revenue across the complete portfolio.
• Develop, implement and track targeted programs direct and through distribution; manage core media and capital equipment sales.
• Be accountable for revenue and profitability at the account level.
• Coordinate with service organization to ensure installation and long-term customer satisfaction.
