Responsibilities

Tactical plan design and execution aligned with corporate strategy for Pharma revenue in the Americas.
Develop integrated plans to promote Waters solutions via communications, digital campaigns, and events.
Drive demand generation and nurture leads across market segments to optimize pipeline.
Monitor marketing performance with KPIs like MQLs, conversion, and orders.
Support Field Sales, Service teams, and build a strong KOL network in the country.
Advocate for customer needs across product, service, and geographic teams.
