PwC is seeking an experienced Front Office Strategy Consulting - Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics Manager in Dallas, TX to lead customer-centric engagements and elevate client experiences across initiatives.

You will analyze touchpoints, design journey maps, guide data-driven engagement strategies, manage client accounts and project delivery, and mentor junior staff while upholding PwC's standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Preference for Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, MIS or Computer Applications.
• Experience in CX strategy and design and in customer journey analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead client projects focusing on customer experience improvements.
• Analyze touchpoints and design personalized journey maps.
