Job summary

PwC is seeking a Front Office Strategy Consulting Manager in Pharma Life Sciences Customer Analytics to lead client work on customer experience, journey mapping, and engagement strategies. You will manage teams, mentor juniors, and ensure project success while upholding PwC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Preference for CX/ CDM / Journey & segmentation focus.

Responsibilities

• Leading customer-centric consulting initiatives to enhance client experiences and drive business growth
• Analyzing customer touchpoints and designing personalized journey maps to improve satisfaction and loyalty
• Developing and implementing customer engagement strategies using data-driven insights
• Managing client accounts and overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution
• Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and deliver quality outcomes
• Utilizing customer data management to optimize service design and delivery
• Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating with leadership to maintain consistent quality and timelines across projects
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues
• Upholding professional standards and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
