Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations, driving data-driven improvements and standardized processes. You will manage inventories, cycles, and discrepancies, while partnering with multiple teams to strengthen controls and compliance.

You will develop SOPs, dashboards, and training materials, and support audits, system implementations, and expansions across locations, travel up to 25% included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Strong analytical skills with inventory data and process documentation.
• Proficient in inventory control methods and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, or similar systems; advanced Excel
• Experience with SQL, BI tools (Looker/Power BI) and reporting.
• Experience training staff and implementing SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and physical inventories.
• Analyze data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and excess inventory.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, and dispensing.
• Monitor key KPIs such as days on hand, turns, and expirations.
• Create dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks and trends.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls.
• Lead and train inventory team members and measure performance.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
