Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead programs across pharmacy operations and advance our unified inventory controls. You will investigate discrepancies, implement standardized processes for receipt and distribution, and monitor KPIs to improve accuracy and reduce losses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experienced with WMS, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience leading inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Able to perform root‑cause analysis from transaction data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, loss prevention, and adjustments.
• Experience with ERP/Inventory management systems.
• Strong Excel skills; pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI for reporting.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations and investigations.
• Analyze data to reduce write-offs, shrink, and expirations.
• Standardize receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor days on hand, turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory staff with clear performance metrics.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
