Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to drive data-driven inventory improvements across pharmacy operations. You will lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations while building standard processes for receiving, dispensing and disposition.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, and Finance to strengthen controls, develop SOPs, and implement reporting dashboards. Travel up to 25% is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing inventory within pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory transactions, operational data, and process documentation.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods, including cycle-count programs and loss prevention.
• Experience using inventory management or ERP systems and BI tools.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data analysis.
• Experience with regulatory audits and inventory compliance in healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports that highlight inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate manual controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
