Fuze Health is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead inventory programs across our pharmacy operations, implementing standardized processes and controls. You will turn data into actionable improvements, address discrepancies, and support regulatory and safety requirements.

You will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen inventory integrity. This role includes up to 25% travel and remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with WMS systems, preferably Tecsys.
• Experience in pharmacy operations, warehousing, or distribution.
• Experience leading physical inventories and cycle counts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to reduce write-offs, shrink, and obsolete stock.
• Establish processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, and disposition.
• Monitor KPI like days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks and trends.
• Support DSCSA requirements and product traceability.
• Collaborate across departments to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, and system implementations.
