Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, oversee cycle counts and reconciliations, and partner with multiple teams to strengthen controls. You will analyze data to reduce write-offs and shrink, while standardizing processes for all inventory activities.

Responsibilities include developing SOPs, training staff, and driving system improvements. Travel up to 25% and eligibility for incentives are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations or healthcare supply chains.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and process docs.
• Working knowledge of inventory control methods, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience with inventory-related ERP/BI tools and systems.
• Experience training staff on inventory processes and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce adjustments, write-offs, expired products, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, inventory movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, expirations, and other KPIs.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting inventory risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Partner with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team members with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
