Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead and optimize inventory controls across pharmacy operations.

You will investigate discrepancies, build standardized processes for all inventory activities, and develop dashboards to monitor risks and performance. You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, and Finance to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Tecsys WMS and inventory in pharmacy operations or related environment.
• Led physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis using inventory data and process documentation.
• Knowledge of cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience using ERP, inventory management systems, or similar tools.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, NetSuite or Power BI.
• Experience creating inventory reports, dashboards, or performance metrics.
• Experience developing SOPs and inventory controls.
• Experience training employees on inventory systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience supervising inventory‑related work and measuring team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations, including physical inventories and discrepancy investigations.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, shrink, and excess inventory.
• Establish standardized processes for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, quarantine, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory metrics like days on hand and turns and expirations.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Support DSCSA requirements, including product traceability and record retention.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate reporting and controls.
• Lead and train inventory teams with clear performance measures.
• Support audits, new locations, system implementations, and expansions.
