Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales across an assigned territory in the Chandler, AZ area. You will promote approved products to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers while building trusted relationships and ensuring compliant, customer-focused interactions.

The role requires strategic territory planning, strong clinical knowledge, and consultative selling; up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; equivalent combination may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory through strategic planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans that maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute call plans and maintain call frequency per segmentation and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and address customer needs and clinical considerations.
• Manage and document product samples in compliance with PDMA requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation in CRM.
• Utilize approved resources to communicate product value and support customer decision-making.
• Develop knowledge of therapeutic areas, disease states, and product indications.
• Apply sales methodology to engage diverse customer personalities.
• Conduct pre-call and post-call analysis to optimize interactions.
• Analyze territory performance data and accounts to identify trends.
• Leverage promotional budgets to maximize territory performance.
• Complete expense reports and call reporting on time.
• Document customer interactions in Veeva CRM.
• Monitor company communications daily.
• Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Adhere to compliance policies and participate in meetings and training.
• Support patient-focused programs and additional duties as assigned.
