Job summary

Amplity seeks a Field Sales Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and educate healthcare professionals across an assigned territory. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, while driving sales and meeting objectives.

The position requires up to 50% travel, with base salary in the $80,000–$95,000 range. Travel may include overnight stays and weekend events as part of patient support programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximize engagement.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and maintain appropriate call frequency.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization while addressing customer needs.
• Manage and document product sample distribution per PDMA requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.
• Use approved resources to communicate product value and support decisions.
• Develop knowledge of therapeutic areas and product indications.
• Apply sales methodology to engage diverse customer personalities.
• Conduct pre-call/post-call analysis to improve outcomes.
• Analyze territory performance data to identify trends.
