Job summary

Amplity, a leading contract sales organization, seeks a Field Sales Representative to drive territory growth by promoting approved pharmaceutical products to physicians, hospitals, and clinics. You will plan territory, build relationships, deliver compliant product presentations, and meet sales goals while adhering to PDMA and company policies.

This role requires up to 50% travel and may include occasional weekend participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience and experience calling on specialty physicians and healthcare providers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory management and sales execution to achieve/exceed goals and KPIs.
• Develop strategic territory plans and maintain customer relationships.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials and PDMA requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.
• Complete expense reports and CRM entries promptly.
