Amplity Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales in an assigned territory by promoting and educating healthcare professionals on approved products. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, providers, and hospitals, while meeting business objectives through strategic planning and compliant interactions.

The role requires up to 50% travel, including overnight travel and occasional weekend participation in patient support programs or company events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy or limited distribution experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Territory Management and Sales Execution: achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic territory plans to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved promotional materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and maintain appropriate call frequency based on customer segmentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization while addressing customer needs.
• Manage and document product sample distribution in compliance with PDMA.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.
• Utilize approved resources to communicate product value and support decision-making.
