Job summary

Amplity has partnered with a leading pharmaceutical client for a direct hire Field Sales Representative position in the United States. You will promote and educate healthcare professionals on approved products, build trusted relationships, and drive sales within an assigned territory.

The role requires up to 50% travel and offers an annual base salary range of $80,000 to $95,000, with compensation based on experience, location, and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximize customer engagement.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and maintain appropriate call frequency.
• Identify opportunities to expand product utilization and address clinical considerations.
• Manage and document product samples distribution per PDMA requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation.
• Utilize sales and marketing resources to communicate product value.
