Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Professional Sales Representative to implement tactics from Marketing and Sales plans and deliver balanced presentations to current and prospective customers within a defined territory.

The role involves planning activities to ensure regular territory coverage, engaging healthcare practitioners, and achieving sales goals while adhering to PDMA guidelines. Training, calls, and meetings are essential components of the position.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills required.
• 1 year or more successful outside sales experience preferred, life science industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve product sales goals for the assigned territory; distribute samples and record transactions in accordance with company policy and PDMA guidelines.
• Develop comprehensive sales presentations using approved marketing and selling materials.
• Maintain knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
• Deliver sales presentations to current and prospective customers with frequency based on call goals.
• Implement the selling model and process principles, including DiSC profiling when engaging with customers.
• Complete pre- and post-call analyses to improve customer interactions.
• Review and analyze available sales data and manage developmental budget funds.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
• Develop a daily call schedule to ensure efficient territory coverage.
• Complete administrative reports and meet deadlines.
• Safeguard and care for company assets (laptop, iPad, etc.).
• Maintain a call average of 8+ calls/day and 40+ calls/week with top healthcare providers.
