Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare, medical device, pharma, biotech or life sciences sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory through planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain strategic territory plans to maximize opportunities.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved promotional materials.
• Establish productive relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
• Execute targeted call plans and maintain call frequency per segmentation.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM promptly.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
