Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive sales and educate healthcare professionals on approved products within an assigned territory. You will build trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, delivering compliant, informative product presentations.

The role requires up to 50% travel, strong territory planning, and the ability to meet sales goals while navigating regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sales.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy, limited distribution products, or specialty physician accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop strategic territory plans and maintain accurate sales activity records.
• Deliver compliant product presentations using approved materials.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Execute call plans with appropriate frequency based on customer segmentation.
