Job summary
Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and coach a dynamic field team across the region, ensuring launch excellence and patient impact. You will recruit, develop leaders, and translate corporate strategy into district plans while maintaining strong integrity and performance in a fast-paced environment.
You will drive strategic execution, manage payer access considerations, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to align regional efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
- Proven success leading product launches in specialty areas.
- Deep understanding of sales strategy and market access dynamics.
- Strong coaching and talent development skills.
- Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Build & lead a high-performing team in the district.
- Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
- Develop your team through field coaching and feedback.
- Create a culture of accountability and growth across territories.
- Foster DEI across the region and develop future leaders.
- Identify and cultivate leaders within the team.
- Translate strategy into district business plans and metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches.
