Job summary
Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a multi-state region, recruiting and coaching a team of Therapeutic Specialty Representatives. You will translate corporate strategy into territory plans, drive launch execution, and manage field performance with a strong emphasis on payer access and market dynamics.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
- Proven success launching products in specialty areas.
- Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access, and HCP engagement.
- Track record of coaching and talent development.
- Strong analytic skills to translate data into action.
- Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a district sales team to meet launch milestones.
- Recruit and coach Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
- Translate corporate strategy into district business plans.
- Establish performance metrics and monitor territory results.
