Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics seeks a District Sales Manager to build and lead a field-based team across multiple territories. You will recruit, coach, and develop representatives while translating national strategy into district plans that drive successful product launches and payer access navigation.

You will balance field leadership with rigorous performance management, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams (front-line management).
• Proven success leading product launches in specialty/allergy or related areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, market access, and HCP engagement models.
• Track record developing talent and improving team performance via coaching.
• Strong analytical skills; translate data into strategic action.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% (including overnight stays).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing district team with field coaching and development plans.
• Partner with senior sales leadership to shape district launch strategy and execution.
• Coach field reps on consultative selling, payer access, and product differentiation.
• Drive CRM discipline, reporting, and territory business reviews; manage district budget.
