Aquestive Therapeutics is hiring a District Sales Manager to lead the region through product launches, coach field teams, and drive payer strategy. You will recruit and develop leaders, translating corporate goals into district plans while ensuring high integrity and performance in complex sales cycles.

You will work hands-on in the field, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and optimize patient access to therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years leading pharmaceutical or specialty sales teams.
• Proven success launching products—ideally in specialty, allergy, or related areas.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy and market access dynamics.
• Track record of developing talent and improving team performance through coaching.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategic action.
• Willingness to travel 60–75%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Build & lead a high-performing team.
• Recruit exceptional Therapeutic Specialty Representatives.
• Develop team through field coaching, feedback, and development plans.
• Create a culture of accountability and growth across the region.
• Foster DEI across the region and support team success.
• Partner with Sales leadership to shape national strategy and district plans.
• Establish performance metrics and track launch milestones.
• Coach representatives on consultative selling and payer discussions.
• Maintain CRM discipline and ensure compliant operations.
