Job summary

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and with automated dialer systems.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services and educate customers about offerings.
• Document calls and enter orders in computerized systems and update demographic info.
• Read and analyze patient orders and ensure accurate prescription terminology.
• Assist with training of employees and support cross-functional teams.
