Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio in the US market. You will coordinate master data, systems interfaces, pricing, and government programs while ensuring compliant service delivery.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with IT, finance, and commercial teams to optimize processes, drive readiness for NDC-12, and uphold high customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharma/healthcare operations or supply chain.
• Experience with regulated pharma environments and serialized/specialty products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, customer service, order processing, billing, reconciliation and cash-collection support.
• Act as SME for contracts, controls and audits; drive compliant process improvements and support launches.
• Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to tailor solutions for customers; maintain cross-functional relationships.
