Job summary

Bayer is seeking an experienced operations professional in the United States to oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities for the Hematology and Specialty Pharma portfolio. This role coordinates accounts, billing, and cash collection while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance across multi-site operations.

You will drive process improvements, collaborate with IT, master data and commercial teams, and lead readiness for NDC-12, serialization, and government pricing programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s with equivalent experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare customer operations and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order-to-Bill and Bill-to-Cash activities including account setup, billing, and cash-collection support.
• Escalate issues related to operations, customers, supply and billing with Accenture as third-party operations partner.
• Lead compliant process improvements and support launches, new business or supply models, and act as SME for contracts and audits.
• Collaborate with logistics and cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for customers and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
• Coordinate NDC-12 readiness across master data, SAP, serialization, pricing, and government programs.
• Align requirements across IT, Master Data, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
