Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• May require periods of travel and/or relocation.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and manage subcontractors and staff on site.
• Develop work plans and project schedules; manage budgets and costs.
• Coordinate with owners, design teams, and vendors; manage documentation.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and closeouts; ensure regulatory compliance.
