Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience and 5+ years field supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff; investigates incidents as needed.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody, and control; manages progress and cost reports.
• Leads meetings and manages project schedule with the Project Manager.
• Supports project closeouts and liaises with owner, architect and authorities.
