Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead the on-site team, develop construction sequencing and drive timely, profitable project completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires coordinating with owners, design teams and authorities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees project staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, custody and control.
• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
