Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent 2 for Heavy Equipment Solutions in Kansas City, MO. The role focuses on planning, managing and executing complex projects with emphasis on heavy equipment transport, storage, installation and removal.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate with owners, designers and subcontractors, and ensure timely, profitable project delivery. You will manage field teams, develop work plans, monitor budgets, and drive QA/QC and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and investigation of incidents.
• Manage subcontractors and project workflow.
• Oversee staff, equipment, QA/QC and documentation.
• Develop work plans and manage site logistics for heavy equipment projects.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and progress reporting.
• Assist in budget tracking and cost reporting.
• Support procurement and formwork/tool selections for self-perform work.
• Ensure compliance with owner/subcontractor contracts and project closeouts.
