Praxis Precision Medicines seeks an Account Specialist to execute territory plans, engage healthcare providers, and drive commercial performance across a defined region, ensuring patients gain access to innovative therapies.

You will collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to support launches, drive product adoption, and translate field insights into actionable strategy while maintaining deep product and disease knowledge.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
• Experience with product launches and early market execution preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
• Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize customer and patient outcomes.
• Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
• Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
