Job summary

Praxis Precision Medicines is seeking an Account Specialist to execute field activities across a defined territory, engaging healthcare providers and building strong relationships to drive commercial performance during product launches.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access, deliver education, and ensure compliance while maintaining deep knowledge of disease state and market dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct sales in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with pre-launch planning and early market execution is preferred.
• Familiar with formulary access strategies and early market penetration.
• Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts.
• Knowledge of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas across a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
• Drive product adoption through customer engagement and education.
• Navigate patient pathways and support access to therapy.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams.
• Support launch execution including pre-launch and post-launch activities.
• Use field insights to inform strategy and improve execution.
• Maintain knowledge of products, diseases, and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
