Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to ensure excellent client care and productivity.
• Maximize the number of pets seen by maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service at all times.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and invoicing; schedule appointments.
