Job summary

Banfield is hiring a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support a productive veterinary team, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients on wellness plans and preventive care while maintaining accurate patient records and invoices.

This role involves processing documentation, booking appointments, and assisting with finances and daily operations in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for radiography duties.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote hospital services and route clients/pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and pet health needs.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer.
• Provide instructions, invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future visits.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and standard opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct necessary administrative tasks.
