Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will greet clients, educate them about Optimum Wellness Plans, handle documentation, scheduling, and invoicing while maintaining accurate records and promoting wellness.

This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospital setting. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced veterinary environment.
• Experience with general office software and medical records software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming flow.
• Promote services and wellness plans to clients.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and client records.
