Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize the veterinary team's productivity, and ensure friendly, efficient service. You will educate clients about wellness plans, assist with documentation, and support the care of pets in a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and customer-service skills; weekend/evening hours may be required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Route the flow of clients and pets to ensure superior client care and maximum productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventative care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet history in the computer.
• Provide instructions and invoices, dispense prescriptions, and schedule future appointments.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
