Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, maximize team productivity, and deliver welcoming, informative service. You will educate clients about wellness plans, handle admissions, and support scheduling and billing in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and multi-tasking skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and client satisfaction. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• One year of related experience in a customer-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced medical office.
• Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist admissions, account setup, and scheduling for clients and pets.
• Provide friendly, professional service and onboarding for clients.
• Process prescriptions, retail items and invoices while ensuring accuracy.
