Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography (x-ray).
• One year related experience required with customer service preferred.
• Medical background with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the flow of clients and pets through the hospital and maximize productivity of the veterinary medical team.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional service at all times; educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet information; schedule appointments and process invoices.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Conduct administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
