Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive client and pet flow, support the veterinary team, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience. You will educate clients on Optimum Wellness Plans and coordinate appointments, invoices, and prescriptions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and computer skills, with a preference for healthcare or veterinary terminology experience. A positive, friendly attitude and reliability are essential for our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience with customer service preferred.
• Medical background or terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Ensure top-quality client care by welcoming clients and pets and educating them about pet health and wellness plans.
• Assist clients with documentation, pet records, and scheduling while handling invoices and prescriptions.
