Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to drive the flow of clients and pets, ensuring a welcoming and efficient hospital experience. The role supports the veterinary team, educates clients on Optimum Wellness Plans, and promotes repeat visits.

Responsibilities include client check-in/out, appointment scheduling, and processing invoices while maintaining accurate pet records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties involving radiography and exposure to radioactive substances.
• Medical background (veterinary technician, human healthcare, pharmaceutical, etc.) with medical terminology training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live by Banfield Five Principles and promote hospital services.
• Route clients and pets to maximize productivity and client care.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Assist with client check-in/out and documentation.
• Dispense prescriptions and schedule follow-ups as directed by veterinarians.
