Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience in customer service preferred.
• Medical background preferred, vet tech or healthcare knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Drive flow of clients and pets through the hospital.
• Promote hospital services and route flow for optimal productivity.
• Educate clients about wellness plans and services.
• Assist clients with documentation, updates in systems, and appointments.
• Handle invoices, prescriptions, and retail sales.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
